The driver of a long-distance micro headed to Necochea failed a breathalyser test conducted by inspectors from the city government, officially reported today.
The procedure was performed as part of a series of tests that officials Bogota developed in the Retiro bus terminal and Liniers from the early hours of the long weekend.
