She says a friend, understanding and aware that what I read Scott Pilgrim, but it is not Certainly what you are reading: I've read. And do not tell in one sitting because they are six volumes and each is around two hundred pages, but the last is more billet, and it is clear that one has to live from time to time, out, socialize, not to mention - is ugly, physiological needs. That said, now I must confess that I would have liked to. What to read in one sitting, I understand. Is it clear that I like Scott Pilgrim? Yes, I like Scott Pilgrim. Really cool. But a whole lot.
Strictly speaking, and according to me, I would say a Mexican is cool over the top in the end, or rather, the interest will decrease slightly and gradually as the series progresses, meaning interest freshness, unpredictability, the oblique , which for me has less to do with the narrative story with a portrait of generations, with the melancholy, the infinite sadness of the third volume. And if I say "as I" is because another you may find it otherwise. That what really put the Scott Pilgrim are the successive fights the hero with the seven former wicked couple of his new bride, or the occurrence of motifs taken to bring the comic book video games and narrative resources of manga, this is all very well and has a point, no doubt, but, again, I like it better when the enemy is the world and not tacky and spiteful villain.
The good news is that the series is short and there is no regret any setback, on the contrary, all things considered, it is surprising that all keep the good level after six years that go from first to last volume. Especially if you consider that the guy who started the case, Bryan Lee O'Malley (London, Ontario, 1979) in 2004, and it was over, Bryan Lee O'Malley (London, Ontario, 1979), are two very different artists. The second one-for tiing no, this is the first in six years, has an outstanding narrative agility, a clear command of his own style, a lot of experience in the use of digital media, precision inking and no little desire to reach the final screen. The other, the first O'Malley, while limited in resources, have pressed the correct key, and it shows in the enthusiasm in the gall, the art of making art of their own insecurity, the thinly veiled desire to adjust accounts with the experience. In these things, so that you can spare one when you start and begin to run out soon after. I asked another friend
if I do not think Scott Pilgrim is a comic book for teenagers. I wanted to get there. Why, yes, for teenagers, as the music of Elvis, the EC Comics and literature of Mark Twain. But is that there are still adults? Quiet, and grow. Javier Fernández
